The girls lease goes until November can I give her 30 days?  

I had similar issues with the 26 year old GED girl living in one of my other houses (she get's a ton of money in child support...) and she has been a constant problem.

The guy says he's going to pay rent and try to win back his girl.

The girl just got out of a toxic relationship and moving in with the father.

But the old girl would then count her minutes & only pay for the time she used NOT the ongoing monthly costs. 

Or I could put on my big girl pants and get to work.

She doesn't want to see this handyman get in trouble, he has a little girl, and the fine sounds steep including jail time??.  

Five units occupied by singles and three units occupied by couples, so 11 tenants + 1 girl friend who sometimes uses the machines = 12.

I can only provide a personal experience from the renters perspective.I was dating a girl for a year and we decided to rent and apartment together.

There are currently 3 females living in the condo now and I have a male interested in renting the 4th bedroom.Here is where the question begins, the other girls are not comfortable living with a male, however, the male applicant wants the room and does not mind living with all female roommates.Should I turn down his application for this specific condo because the females refuse to live with a male or will they have to get over it if the male is approved?
