Like anything, it's not about the game it's about the practice so you have muscle memory to make the right decision in the game without thinking.If you look at anyone at the top of their field they have some type of coach and/or mentor, no brainer in my opinion. 

Everyone in recent memory is used to high cash flow deals to make things work, this is justified if you are going to bother with self managing.

There's no difference between the two, financially speaking - in fact, dollar for dollar, the fancy car is smarter financially because you can sell it for something, whereas no one wants to buy your vacation memories.

My husband loves face-to-face contact and has really good memory, and can tell me which neighborhoods are good from conversations he's had with PMs a year ago, but likes planning rather than executing.Account Closed, those are great ways to explain how it doesn't matter what the previous guy paid.

The other father insisted that it took a $3500 Disney vacation to create such memories.
