I never fought any of this with him in order to “keep the peace” in our family (he felt entitled to the entire property and was gravely disappointed when he found out my mother’s portion did not legally go to him).

When people place their trust in me, I work very diligently to not worry them or disappoint them. 

Honestly I give you credit for getting a chat going, in the 2 years I've been watching this board thats the most people I've ever seen in the chat at one time, Just think its disappointing two of the "big dogs" on this board end up being so rude and unhelpful when put on the spot and questions are asked, thats all.

I have been, so far, disappointed with the work and pay that I have been able to command with my education in this market.

When they only hear the positive like on some other books/podcasts, that is where the disappointment comes in when the reality doesn't match expectation.
