Does a quick call constitute a billing or is an occasional answer part of the representation (don't abuse it)?

Your current guy may be abusing the intention of the loan you are using.

The saving grace is that the university has a bus that runs on the hour to several locations west of campus.  

Allowing for a website link in a fundamental incentive to contributors that is standard across forums on the internet.I understand there will still be some abuses.
