Nice little sports car that's extremely reliable and not too bad to look at.Grand Nationals are another one I'd love to own, but it's hard to find one that hasn't been driven a quarter mile at a time.

All playoff sports are very good to watch even the Stanley Cup Playoffs have been great!.

I had airport cars in Portland for years.. and those were used cars.. 3rd cars that were sport cars for occasional use that sort of thing..  

@Taylor StammI rented large roofs and put Solarpanels on them in Germany German governments gave very interesting subsidies guaranteeing the income for 20 year.As far as I checked the us solar market your installment costs are very high and your electricity quite cheap...It would have to be calculated if you end up making money with it....But I can recomend solar you install it one time and than enjoy cash flowing in... once installed you don't have to do much it's like earning money while sleeping Just my 2 cents

Ok that's my left field reply  probably not anything you want to hear but I just think if someone rallied all the sports star's they could weild one hell of a hedge fund.Friend of mine is an airline pilot and there are a few money guys that specialize in doing ivestments for only pilots and I bet there are others that do that only for doctors etc.And maybe I don't know enough about it.. maybe the players relying on their agents for investment advice and maybe my idea is wishful thinking.

Bruce Norris also has an annual even called "I survived real estate" it was more germane post 2008 to 2010... but there was a lot of us that got our clocks cleaned.and there are a lot of investors who have started post GFC that only know a rising tide... and really have never worked through a retrench..

My whole life has basically revolved around my education and sports.

We have a 15-night renter in mid-Feb who has been very communicative and seems to only care about the updated living room furniture and sports to watch on a new TV. 

Just wondering if there would be enough demand of hotel rooms/event space in Buffalo tho - I know sports is big in the city, besides that, anything else?
