By it being a side entry driveway, more concrete, less grass, and I almost want to say tougher for me to resell the house if I wanted because the lack of a yard.This bothers me and they are planning to pour foundation this week...Any suggestions, what do you think about this situation?

Schools are still a challenge throughout the city, so family-focused units are going to be a tougher sell for a while.

Probably tougher to find cash flow but it's a more desirable area.

The pros outweigh the cons when doing apartments but it could be a little tougher and might need to be more creative. 

Be diligent.Bad credit is tougher and requires more work.

Tampa, It's getting tougher to find the deals in that area.

I think there are deals to be had for fix and flip(still looking for that elusive first deal), buy and hold seems to be even tougher.
