By it being a side entry driveway, more concrete, less grass, and I almost want to say tougher for me to resell the house if I wanted because the lack of a yard.This bothers me and they are planning to pour foundation this week...Any suggestions, what do you think about this situation?

Also I know many banks that use FHA lonas have their own criteria so that might be a huge factor as well.Even though "blue New jersey" is a bit tougher to evict tenants you shouldnt have a problem once you give notice to tenants that you will be using the apartment as your primary residence.
