If you aren't running a tight ship tenants can ruin those on paper numbers very quickly.

They recommended a spray since the tent process can ruin windows and other items in the house.

All sheets and towels are white so they can be washed on hot with bleach (easier to get stains out). 3 sets per property is our minimum in case a set gets ruined.

It's unlikely a lender would lend on that scenario, but you're also setting yourself up with a lot of risk that may lead to ruin.
