This is an unspoken risk of climate change as these events become larger and more costly.  

It's market is extremely active and will remain so for a little while longer; the solidity is grounded in geographic location, climate, diverse employment base (ever expanding), higher education, no state sales tax, hospitality/tourism, music and entertainment, the list goes on and on. 

With the current climate prices have ready leveled off and Cabins are just sitting.

If this is a new business and you were planning for it to cash flow the building, I would re-evaluate it, in the current economic climate.3. 

With more agents competing over less deals in a low-inventory market, you'll certainly see folks focusing more on transactions than relationships.That said, I don't think this applies across the board as more experienced agents understand that relationships win no matter the market climate.

Flipping (short game) is risky due to our economic climate.

In cold climates you want to make sure the deepened perimeter of the slab is below the frost line so the expansion of frozen soil doesn't heave the building up, but if it has been fine since the 50's you should be ok.
