Well I'm just stating the facts of my experience, which as a consumer and citizen of the United States of America, I have the right to free speech !

But for right now the only buyer I would trust is someone with the actual cash. on the flip side we had 5 closings this last week  One hedge fund  One refi  ( big one ) One sale to owner occ ( Vegas and they were laid off from Casino just needed to get a letter from Casino that they will go back to work in 30 days which they did and FHA funded) payoff from 2 turnkey buyers one a US citizen the other I think from South America and one other owner occ all of these in different states..  

Citizen.

Plus no judge or jury wants to put an upstanding citizen in the poor house.
