I'm one of the ones who has pestered @Ann Bellamy in the past with questions but she's in eastern MA and like she said, it's typically not worth it for the city folk to bother with deals in western MA.There is no group per se (that I'm familiar with), but I've been thinking of trying to make a Facebook group or something for western MA investors.

But the further SE you go, the worse it gets.

We do not give our criteria per se, but do let applicants know that we do a comprehensive background screen including credit/criminal/eviction and verify income and past LL references.  

I can only imagine the level of FRAUD coming to SE TX now that Harvey is gone.
