Your suffering from your own confirmation bias.

I suffer from analysis paralysis as well, which, is why I have been considering TK again myself.

I've left specific instructions to not sell the properties and do something dumb and buy a Ferrari or blow it on expensive vacations (but I guess if I'm dead and they do that, they'll suffer the financial consequences later).  

They don't want the community to suffer because of renters not caring about the community.

Someone else just told me not to have the trust own the LLC because if the LLC becomes liable for something your entire estate could suffer.  

During the GR there were many locations that experienced no decline of rents or significant change to the vacancy level, but there were other locations that suffered huge rent declines/vacancies.  

Yes, the stock market suffered recently, but it's the perfect investment opportunity before valuations increase!

The way I thought about it was it was 1 year of suffering for the rest of your life of prosperity. 

I've suffered through many similar tenants myself so I speak from 100% personal experience. 

People on a variable interest rate loan may be suffering in the current economic climate and may have regretted going down that route.
