This is clearly outdated, but I am torn what is really needed if I do choose to just keep it as a rental and obviously if I wanted to sell it the best options would involve a full update of the tile and cabinets.Thanks in advance for any and all advice given.

If buildings are outdated you are talking big bucks to get fix up exterior and interior improvements to a national brand format and image.

I would find another site to use, Zillow has some super outdated stuff on their site and misses other active stuff.

yes i have discussed this with her but she is not very helpfull as she rents out to family and they rarely pay her rent and kind of walk all over her so i take her advice with a grain of salt..also i forgot to mention the mortgage is paid off for the home and the house was built in 1877 so many things in the house are outdated..

Builder appliances were priced about 1.5-2x market rate and were outdated two model years as well, so I purchased those out of pocket from Best Buy with free install.

Negotiate move out date" sounds like I'm letting them out of their lease.

They got an appraisal (think 1950s house never been updated, rear garage corner rotted apart, roof was 40+ years old and crumbled off in the wind, soffits and some wall rot, original boiler, outdated panel... a mess).
