And just so you know, I have no problem with you selling a book, I am merely pointing out that you sell something for your time as well and that time is not one on one hence the price can be much lower.

He is also very good at talking the tenant through the situation/symptoms to determine if it is urgent or merely inconvenient and will frequently tell them, "I can come tonight and it will cost you $100.00 or, if it can wait until tomorrow or the next day, it will only cost you $50.00."

While this might be true if you're located in Delaware or Illinois, substantial uncertainty exists as to whether the subsidiary LLCs within a series LLC are truly separate judicial entities, or merely financial instruments.
