I bought it in '07 just before the housing crisis...lets just say it's not pretty no matter how you look at it.

It is well documented about the water crisis but I am striking out on even getting a QUOTE on insurance thru local carriers.  

It's something I attempted a few years back and didn't follow through with due to a situational crisis and was unable to complete.

Your buyers have diminished greatly with the mortgage crisis we are in, but hopefully that will pass.

Fast forward a year and a half later, and now I seem to have hit a "quarter life crisis" where I'm having difficulty accepting office jobs that appear to have no life and no substance to them.

Given the chance of a new financial crisis is getting higher and higher, to me it makes a lot more sense to play defense until the market has calmed down. 

I believe it was our transparency and desire to help them that encouraged them to continue paying during the crisis.

People who are in a state of crisis tend to frequently be in a state of crisis.

This further exacerbates our inventory crisis.

Isn't that how we could get back into another housing crisis?)
