Hey there I'm contemplating purchasing an apartment for a rental property.I'm interested in hearing some pros and cons of buying and apartment vs condo, townhouse etc.What is the downside to buying a single apartment?

However if the tenant was a victim of an assault because BF broke in then tenant is probably not liable as he was not an invitee or a guest.

The liberal judges I have faced recently with my Evictions that are coming to an end because I am selling most of my rentals, have said that my Three Day Notice was not served on the tenant when I personally served them and they tore it up in my face, shoved me backwards, spit in my face and started taking pictures in case I reacted so they could call the cops for assault.

Not learning from mistakes or contemplating what went right / what went wrong in past tenancies would be foolish.If a tenant is evicted I can guarantee that tenant isn't walking around saying "my favorite landlord was Bob because he followed the law when he evicted me.
