It was a CASH deal and just around this time,before end of calendar year.

First check the regulations for your area.2nd, look on Vrbo and Airbnb to see if other similar properties to what you want and see how full their calendars are and how much they are charging.

Make money while its listed and have a realtor that's Airbnb knowledgeable and have them block your calendar for viewings.

It doesn't look like there is much on the calendar  for December, probably because of the holidays but I was back to check on my properties a few times between August and November and attended quite a few live events and meetings.
