My name is Mike and I live in the North Dallas on the border of Collin and Denton County.  

Pressed, I share that I was born in El Salvador, and most tell me they are glad those kids are in cages at the border.

There was a little wall/dropoff where the leveling compund ended and the original floor remained so i had to use floor mortar to feather it down....still when walking on the new LVP, i can tell where the dropoff is/was.SO, next time i will 1. make the SLC more runny, 2. on a small job (500sf) ill plan to cover the entire space with the SLC so there are no transitions, and 3. the LVP with the underlayment attached seemed to work great on the portion of the floor that was on slab, but feels cheap to walk on in other areas - so next time i will most likely go with a product that allows a thick underlayment to go own underneath it.The last thing i learned was that the 1/4" gap around the borders that is recommedned is too generous as it is almost impossible to hit on the nose.

I've met people who successfully flip million dollar home in Raleigh and others who successfully flip mobile homes near the NC/VA border.

(Detroit is just north of Windsor and the US-Canadian border is closer to me than the Michigan-Ohio border.)

If you crawled under the fence on the border, that would be a criminal action.

Basically , these people set up shop in New York, or somewhere close to the border for a couple of weeks.

I live in South Carolina but the Rental is over the border in North Carolina.

The really funny thing is that my folks live in a bordering town to South Bend... called Niles, MI.

I am in Alexandria here, near the Arlington/Falls Church border, and I would be interested in local groups, either around my area or elsewhere in DC.
