Doing this will to save time, getting to the meat instead of burning up time being sold on why they should be your attorney.I hate to be on the clock hearing why I should select any professional.Most attorneys are not specializing in SEC Regs or Finance, a good question might be to ask if they are affiliated with others having such expertise.

In my area we have Great Southern Bank (use to be an S&L) and they still have the S&L mind set making construction and development loans.If you are doing larger deals, you'll want a bank with an affiliate lender, where they provide the financing together with a "silent partner bank" so to speak.
