ThomasGood reply, thanks.I won't quote your reply, bandwidth and all that :-)If you are saying that this incident hasn't cost you any money (I hope it hasn't) I can see why you are not too bothered if the tenant covers themselves or not.I guess one thing is highlighted, is to have anything electrical you supply for the tenant to use, regularly tested, and that test documented.

It's not too hard to install vents in bathrooms - as long as they are next to exterior walls.I like to put my exhaust fans on timers, but in the new rental I'm building, all rooms will have continuous exhaust features and the fresh air feature will be highlighted in my marketing.
