Does the property show very well (New paint, clean looking appliances, no cracks on wall, curb appeal decent)?

Then I work backwards by assessing the cost to put infrastructure / curbs in.

I agree more curb appeal would come from a paint job, but if newer paint, I would just clean (maybe tsp and light bleach) on half with T-1 11 siding in the photo--maybe the weather side, and roll it out the same color, a fresh coat (or primer, like a fresh start primer, if stained).

The US government has done a lot to try and curb the effects that Covid has had on the economy but can it last?

This should also immediately improve the curb appeal of the community, which may lead to higher resale values and make it more appealing to tenants.
