Very good shape...but the pictures are not showing granite countertops, shaker cabinets, stainless steel appliances, etc.I'm using those comps to come up with what I believe I can get for rent since they are so similar and in such close proximity.

We redid the floors, painted the walls changed the kitchen cabinets (thinking of changing the counter-top and fridge as well), as well as some other small upgrades.
