Money is so cheap here, interest is is low and it's tax-deductible.There's no better place to invest in real estate other than USA (with financing).Most folks perhaps don't know that 30 Years FRM feature is only available here.I think Canada has long term mortgages I got one years ago cant remember the term but it was long term from a bank in Kelowna BC.. and even though I was not a citizen my rate was the same I did put i think half down though.
