Banks loves money, smart strategies can make deals happen, what are some of your strategies that can be used to to approach either bank or hard lender to purchase a 5+ unit?

Also use yahoo maps or google maps to to get mileage when I forget to put it in the notepad.

So would that mean that a person who made $1 mil/year with a few million in 401k balance, could in essence, leave their job (because I believe you need to to release 401K funds) then convert to roth, pay the taxes and earn tax free until retirement?
