If any one is reading this I highly recommend the movie TIN Man with Danny DeVito its about 1950's siding salesmen and those techniques were tride and true to this day...I am not 100% certain however I don't think many of the RE guru type seminars really ever touch on sales technique the art of the closing the deals etc. etc.
