In that case you are just going to cause animosity when none existed because the upstairs will resent the landlord being called.I am sure to screen properly and rent to grown-ups and personally I don’t desire involving myself in drama like other landlords, be they real or pretend.

Buckhead and Brookhaven are both great areas that have grown very quickly like you mentioned.

I don't waste money on any list services, my buyers list has grown exponentially without any real networking, some time on a phone call, then for some of them yeah we meet up and discuss business in person.
