Many people ask why someone would stay in an Airbnb in non touristy areas but people travel for all kinds of reasons such as weddings, funerals, graduations, family reunions, and many more.

We started later, some of the hotels never bothered to open, restaurants have been a little slower, our July 4th celebration didn't appear to have half the usual people and none of the vendors, etc.

Now I feel like I know a celebrity.

The celebrity I think bought legitimacy, completely undeserved as it turns out, and I was taken in by the allure of passive income via real estate investing.

However that part of the world is filled with a lot of actual Bed and Breakfasts, wedding venues, wineries, etc. 

Thanks unless your net worth is $100M or you are a celebrity, why do you need to keep your entity hidden.

When we received our first rent check from our first rental property--which the tenant paid in cash--I put the $500 after-PITI net in my pocket and carried it around for a month, celebrating an early milestone, and contemplating what that $500 meant.  

Time to celebrate right?

side, For STR, I would personally look around the university (MTSU) area (graduations, games, weddings, etc), or the Medical Center Pkwy area (transportation to Nashville, corporate Nissan/Amazon, medical personnel.
