I am not saying that there aren't unbelievable mentors and possibly programs and partnerships for beginners, I am just hesitant to spend any more money that I could possibly invest elsewhere.

Sounds like you are doing well for yourself.Stay in the loop of whats going on in your market by networking and IMO be ready to transition to do deals with different strategies when the time arises, otherwise if you have something that is working for you and your goals, why change.I would have to agree with you that BP is way more beneficial than Facebook lol and once you start meeting different people on here and searching the site it becomes just as addictive and very informative!

BTW, if you run ads for RE in your newsletters, you need to be a newspaper exempt from licensing laws or hold a license, like running a paper for FSBO ads...requires a license, so right off that bat, you're in trouble in Mo.I can't believe this guy isn't in jail yet.Don't fall for this stuff folks, the money isn't made in RE, it's made by the scam and sizzle, unbelievable !
