I'm a transplant from the garden state.

(The price points are a lot better in Lousiana) We love SD and live in a 8 unit townhome/ garden apartment complex.

Neighbourhoods are meant to have people living there; seeing people tending their lawns and gardens,  a senior couple taking an evening stroll,  a young couple walking their dog, kids playing up and down the street.

Some attorneys focus more on business, some on landlord tenant, some development and entitlements, some a garden variety with no specialty. 

Several homes nearby had cute gardens, landscaping, and various decorations.

The property management company I work for manages ~100 properties in the LA area, mostly in neighborhoods bordering the 605 freeway (Whittier, Downey, Commerce, South Gate, Bell Gardens, Pico Rivera, etc.)

There is a garden hose where you can wash your vehicle. 

I need enough space to have two wedding gardens and eventually a chapel and reception building.I need at least 2-3 acres.

There are some areas of northern California where Vacation Rentals off the grid may be marketable, but probably not in the actual northern California areas, but more the central California (north of the bay area a little in more mild climates)  In some of the mountain areas and near the coast, such as Trinity, Humbolt counties, there are drug cartels growing pot, and several people have gone missing (they stumble upon the gardens or have gone to work at the grows, never to be heard from again).
