Greg is correct, the odds that a lender is going to do a drive by is slim.

Chances are very slim to getting refi, your not a resident and pretty sure you have no tax filings to prove that your actually turning a profit on the properties.

I asked to renegotiate the price but due to short sale, looks like a slim chance that bank will adjust.Any input is greatly appreciated.

But, there is no law restricting the sale of forms, it's the drafting of the forms that becomes an issue.Anyone can write a contract IF they are a party to that contract, one of my biggest gripes is that people seem to think they know enough about contract law and real estate that they are qualified, they don't have a clue, a hard pill to swallow, but they really don't in addressing all that needs to be addressed.

Yet they are about to charge us $4500 for insurance because they say we don't have any.  3) The chances of us being able to get this check reissued from a company that dropped us is... probably pretty slim I would think. 

Unless, rent is 1% or more of the property, you chances to actually make money looks slim. 

It's a tough pill to swallow.
