My team leader has actually had to work really hard on me this year to get me to set a goal number.

Simply put, leaders get paid more than non-leaders.

It's nice getting a portion of the rent direct deposited on time, and the tenants I have experience with are religious about paying their portion on time. 

Typically a team will be built of multiple agents (usually a team leader and multiple buyers agents) and an administrative assistant.

I'm not a fan of either of these projects because they literally halve the allowable FAR in both the single and multi dwelling zones, which is the opposite of what Portland leaders should be doing as 100 people immigrate to the city each day.
