The nerve-racking part is that they wanted me to max out my credit card and also take a loan out of my 401(k) to pay for the mentorship and to me that was a red flag but by then it was too late because I had already paid $4000 for the training.

*Competition - During the slow season I think I saw over 1000 listings available.....do all the tricks to be listed in pages 1..3*Location - I think this is also one of the key items....being within 15 minutes of the Disney parks is a huge plus.When looking around and examining the other properties there are TONs of well themed and decorated houses.
