You'd have to check with customer service on compatibility with your particular units but payrange has great bluetooth-enabled apps for laundry payment systems. easy to DIY install with youtube videos. no monthly fees and low upfront hardware acquisition cost.

If you're tighter on your wallet, Everett is the better way to go as their average 2 family goes for an average of $50k less and rents are very comparable esp. when you can offer parking.

If you are just a little handy and the carpet does not need to be stretched too much, you can go to any major hardware chain and in the carpet section you can purchase a carpet knee kicker for less than $100.If you need a full room carpet stretcher you would need to seek the services of a local carpet company and get a bid from them.I personally own my own full room carpet stretcher that I found at a garage sale for $50.

Every hardware store has the caps, they're cheap, and nearly infinitely reusable... just toss them back in your "plumbing" toolbox when you're done.A couple of tips on replacing shutoff valves: if the existing valve inlet has a compression fitting on copper pipe, 95% of the time you can re-use the old hex nut and compression ring/ferrule/"olive".
