Having previously taken his Financial Freedom class, I had extremely high expectations and Gary did not disappoint.

I'm just a little disappointed this morning because I found out another of my low 50% rule offers was rejected.

My thoughts...I'm disappointed.  

They are voted in every election cycle by the majority of deadbeat “ gimme free crap” townspeople who voted the same way every year since the dawn of time because they think somehow a politician will make their life easier and improve social conditions .. and every year they are disappointed

I'm hardly a real estate mogul now, but I've been at it for a couple of years and it is still a part-time endeavor for me.Again, my opinion, but I think you are headed for disappointment if you jump into real estate with the intent it is going to immediately provide a stable income.My advice would be full-time job first...then wet your feet with REI.

I'm not an agent and am disappointed that licensed real estate agents haven't made more of an issue of wholesalers.  

Once you two are mutually disappointed with how long it will take you to be financially independent, explore value add and then BRRRR.Debt is impatience expressed financially, so give her a chance to get impatient.

Unless you use Titan where the return can go beyond 70% then it's worthed.I invest heavily in both but real estate never disappoints me, it's the only asset class that almost never went down in price and you can use higher leverage supported by the gov.
