Hello everyone:I would love to have my question answered.I recently opened a Self Directed IRA to invest in tax liens in my home state, FL, but i wonder if I can go beyond Florida borders and acquire tax liens in other states.Thank you for your time and for a clarification on this matter.

The Detroit bordering suburbs seem to be where you can find that sweet balance of cash flow, lower maint, and 1.25-1.75% deals.From what I see, in the City, the ROI can be crazy with a low price point, and if you're betting on appreciation (not my personal strategy)..some people very well could get rich quick some day..

I posit that many of the things that investors do border on the unethical in at least a few peoples eyes (talking a seller into taking the smallest sliver of equity in exchange for their property so I can maximize my own gains sounds pretty unethical to me) and that the only person doing something actually illegal in this case might be the lender if they knew the intention of the buyer.
