Mini-blinds just always seem to get destroyed whereas curtains at the most have gotten dusty but a washing solved that quickly, then they can be re-used.

The sellers always want a premium for their renovations but, in my price range, usually the workmanship is so pitiful I can see immediately that the renovations will need to be re-renovated.
