People are looking for accommodations they can safely walk to).I know it isn’t a “typical” market, and the house might not go up in value at all.. but the numbers have always made sense to me.

Does anyone know under the Fair Housing Act what our obligation as landlords is to accommodate service dogs and if we can ask for documentation to prove this dog is actually a legitimate service dog?

I had to evict tenants once that came with a property purchase after a year and a half of trying to really work with them, even bending over backwards to try to accommodate them, but eventually just knowing that this was not going to work and they were in turn destroying my property and pushing back on every policy.
