My partner and I just launched an AirBNB in a mountain community in the western US.

We also are working to grow our construction business and continue to evolve as community developers.I am a graduate of The Ohio State University and Case Western Reserve University.

I'll try to find a place in western Orange county. 

I think the nicer western suburbs are still having bidding wars but i dont see that in the city, especially investor type properties that may need a little work.

@Amanda Aesho Yes flipping is very active, but competitive in The Western Suburbs of Chicago.

I ask because I am pretty familiar with the area, live with in 15 minutes, drive through it on my way to work everyday and obviously some of the most affordable real estate in western suffolk is there.
