My belief is that the contract is now void and they can pull the permits to convert the apt to bed rooms, fix the electric and put the house back up for sale at a much higher price. 

This goes against my beliefs, but we're going to spend money on real estate that is not for profit. 

I suppose the religious ones pray!

Set your standards first and religiously stick to them dropping all applicants that do not immediately pass the preliminary requirements.

If you’re referring to the personal finance part, I said that because I’m of the belief you should learn basic budgeting and investing (passively) in the stock market.  

(I h=use these banks due to religious restrictions).

I also like the idea of not working for someone else because my belief and a sovereign God can't be separated from who I am as a person and influencesee every decision I make and I desire to be about this in my work rather than to be dictated by a secular HR corporate policy.Particularly,  I'm interested in multifamily rental real estate using a BRRRS approach.

As I am working my way back into RE world below are my core beliefs based on my previous investments and observations.

All I am saying is, lets not be religious about how its used.

Basically what it boils down to is changing foundational beliefs that have been passed down generation after generation.
