Since the "guru topic" keeps coming up in these forums, I'll say that I'll naturally have to disagree a tad with   peeps who generally say all gurus are bad or liers, cheats and thieves.

And this is how you get good leads no matter what anyone tells you.Next set up your company infrastructure, get a brand, a logo, an Identity (my image of my company is my super awesome partner Dixie).

I was in an identical situation.

The units are more or less identical.

Even if you fail to maintain those entities, the identity of the trust's beneficiary is much more difficult to discover. 

We did notice that our unit 2 bed, 1 bath rents for $1600 a month and an identical neighbor unit rents for $1200 a month. 

Two identical buildings can have vastly different rents because of the timing of their leases. 

Some were groups of identical properties with either different price points, and/or income/expense data. 

Some people for some reason want to try to hide their identity to others and think a LLC can do that.
