Any idea on the maximum square footage that can be added to an ADU?

This should be added into your lease as a Pet Addendum.

If they are nice, they should be added in so people can imagine how they would use them.

This is going to sound dumb, but how can you have the property taxes and insurance be added to an escrow account for my loan instead of paying them separately?

There are a few good CPA's that are members here, and I will be adding my name once I get some more experience under my belt, (and finish my CPA of course!)

So whatever their tax rate is would be added to the $699.It seems kind of strange to me because Houston ISD is included in the Harris County tax bill.

(I told her he needed to be added if over 18).
