I think they have grown so big that they don't even know who is suppose to do what.

@Michael Roeder based on the nest egg that I have grown over these years of working I actually have access to a bit more but those are the liquid assets and multi family properties are truly what I am interested in because it seems like the biggest hurdle is getting a down payment but with that out of the way it is just figuring out what would be a good investment and I am far too unexperienced at the moment to pull the trigger on multi thousand dollar investments.
