I was considering registering after having a chance to play around in their demo environment.

I was so excited to get my first rehab draw back from the bank (after demo and rough framing/construction), although that was quickly tempered by the 2nd contractor payment being due. 

Now I have to decide if I am really going to try to pull the thing back in place and brace the hell out of it/re-build it or, will I just pony up and hire a demo company to tear it down.

No need for messy demo of old tile (just go right over it), snaps together easily, and buyers love the look. 

Demo fee seems high.

look at all my research...then I talk to the neighbor who says the house burned down last month, and they complete demoed it and even hauled off brick and concrete...I'm sure someone probably bought it thinking the house was still there....and probably paid 5x the value of the lot for it thinking they're getting a good deal on the house.

$100k sounds high for a basic demo project.
