Are there any trustworthy brokers that offer a National Property Investment program that includes financing, purchasing and property management? 

I know property management will be a common answer, but if you are not familiar with the area, I would imagine it would be difficult to find a trustworthy one.Thanks for any input

I know with my strategy I am going to need a great realtor and an attorney and my thought is my first step should be interviewing realtors to find an enthusiastic and trustworthy person to work with.Any thoughts or advice on what my next step should be to get started on my first buy would be greatly appreciated!

Usually the better you know them, amount you put down, and trustworthiness plays a major role in the rate.

I would imagine it’s better to find a place you like and analyze the market to make sure it works for you. like @Twana Rasoul said it's more important to build a great trustworthy team.

That is why you need a trustworthy company and you need to keep a close eye on what they are proposing.

Experience with renovations is a plus and knowing a good PM company that's trust worthy .

We faced the same challenges as any other out of state investor, and were forced to find a trustworthy property manager to act as our eyes and ears on the ground.
