Realtors and leasing agents are some of the most vulnerable workers out there for the simple reason that they’re exposed to situations that in any other sector would be considered dangerous or unacceptable: meeting strangers in vacant properties by themselves, collecting (often) cash payment on applications, walking strangers up/down stairs to areas of properties without windows or easy exit.

The job market in this capitol city is solid with jobs in the government sector, health care, tech, education, etc.

New to real estate investing but have a lot of experience in the deal industry in the financial sector.  

I cant think of one sector of the city or suburbs that arent low on inventory, and seeing 10-12% appreciation in the last year.

There is something mentally when someone pays under 2 bucks a gallon and can fill the car for under 20 bucks that makes them want to spend on other sectors of the economy.I remember when gas was close to 4 bucks a gallon and oil was over 100 a barrel.

The best way to financially educate our kids in school may be online/dvd type courses from the private sector.
