I'm 59 and retired last year after 35 years in corporate America.

If you are going with a C corporation, then you would have a corporate tax due and that is paid in the state that you incorporate in.

I also have some background in corporate Training and Facilitating, as well as, Public Speaking.

I think she meant for incorporations.

If your property is in very high demand, or you want to make an extra step to weed out non-serious applications, you could charge a fee, I've seen it before.. but I just don't incorporate it. 

Honestly, if you are set in life on making real estate investing your long-term pay off you don't need to go to college, but if you need to find a comfortable living salary in corporate America getting a bachelor degree will help you.  

It's probably a great way to see new trends, and how to incorporate those into rehabs.
