to give you guys a little more background on me without a 1st huge long winded post....i hold a BBA from Southern Methodist Universtity in Accounting and Finance as well as a Master of Science in Accounting and MIS.During and after my college years, I have always been involved with real estate as there is nothing else to do in Dallas besides own a restaurant or dig for oil and gas...I was even a securities broker for some time.speaking of which I have had experience in dealing with Mineral rights and Natural Gas exploration.I have worked for the "big name" real Estate companies here, and have learned what the big boys do and how to implement those strategies on a smaller scale.I just hope that I can provide you guys with some more insight not only to how do to stuff and the things to look out for...but to help you all understand all of the relationships and the variables that affect and effect them.KG
