Hello BP flippers and rehabbers,I am trying to work out some details for my grand entrance into becoming a flipper.Here is my tenative strategy:Buy a distressed REO.

The prices are a much lower barrier to entrance than here in Vegas.

What if you knew neighborhood details too… We would pull to the entrance of the neighborhood and jot down some notes in the corner of the page ie “Eagle Point, 2 lights south of the Walmart on Kennedy.

We assist in the whole process of real estate deals from entrance to exit if needed. 

My unit just needs to be one bed one bath with a private entrance hopefully.

(Unfinished basement with separate entrance) Looking into the private meter to sub panel option but recently thought this might be a great option!

I was wound tighter than a violin walking into the courthouse; I'm surprised the officers at the entrance didn't frisk me!

All three units would probably still have stairs and landings for an entrance.

The property has a 3/1 block main house with a 1 car carport and a 2/1 block cottage house in the back yard with it's own carport and potential separate alley entrance.
