Well he spoke with us awhile and like a half fool I signed a contract electronically with him, with his adjusting company.  

Electronic means works or if you put a notice on the door take a picture.  

I also tell all our Tenants I report rents Paid on time as it can help them improve FICO scores by 50 points if they make 12 on-time rent payments to me electronically with their bank.

They won't be signing their escrow documents electronically.

@Tony Castronovo  The reason I will do my application and credit/background check with Cozy is that I want my tenants to be comfortable with the site so they hopefully elect to do electronic payments through them as well.  

I collect electronically every month on all my rentals.

We now want a proof of funds from the bank, and a electronic wire to the escrow company is now wanted.
