Michael Fundaro Can I edit a post after posting it?

Once the "edit" period has lapsed, there should be an "update" link / button that will allow you to insert a limited amount of content toward the end of the post - but that content becomes somewhat independent of the rest of the post since a subsequent "quote" of that post would omit the update's content.

I plan on getting my first rental property soon and was wondering if my strategy on getting subsequent rental properties would work:- Get first rental property, prep, rent out- After a year or so depending on how things pan out with first rental property get a heloc on first rental and use it towards second then repeat first step...etc..etcAm I on the right track?

@Peter Morgan yes, the passive losses you would get on your K1 from a syndication would carry over to subsequent years.

@Lian Chavda You may want to speak to an attorney, but the way I understand it, this law would not restrict the activity of a wholesaler in Washington, because the wholesaler doesn't do more than $500 worth of work to improve the property, and more importantly because you're not actually buying and then subsequently selling the property, as you're never on the title at all.
