Yes she could have done some things to decrease her risk, but at the end of the day it's the two scum bags that took advantage of her who are to blame. 

My contractor picked the garbage up and put it in  bags and stacked them neatly in the same place, and the city fined me for it because there were bags there. 

And you need 2 bank bags to hold them!

And the verdict isssss: I started out with 2 good sized potatoes, half a bag of baby carrots and 2 onions.

This was in a leather carry-on bag, had a small first aid kit, flashlight, tape measure and a tape reel (100' engineering tape) and an old hat and work gloves.

Shady owner putting lipstick on a pig and leaving some sucker holding the bag (painting over rusted steel structure, cement over cracked foundation blocks, etc).

Best of luck with an authentic, educational (and still entertaining) series...I think often of the Glen Campell song lyric "endless compromisin' on my horizon.....like a (chorus) Rhinestone Cowboy"... in the equation about being authentic and real versus just a popular or commercial success....

@Michael Kugler Hi Michael - Does the 35% also cover purchasing and stocking toiletries for each booking (soap, shampoo, garbage bags...)?

I'm hoping someone comes up with a way for me to work on my houses while laying on the couch, eating a bag of chips, drinking a beer and watching the game.... if they do,  I'm all in...
